Dr. Dina Kassab, DO, is a board-certified OB-GYN with a passion for delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered care that blends medical expertise with modern wellness and aesthetics. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013 and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency in 2017.
With years of experience caring for women through every stage of life, Dr. Kassab has developed a deep understanding of hormonal health, aging, and feminine wellness. In 2024, she opened her own private practice, where she began expanding her vision beyond traditional gynecology into the rapidly evolving wellness space.
At Med Coast Wellness, Dr. Kassab focuses on advanced aesthetic treatments, anti-aging medicine, medical weight loss, IV therapy including NAD+/peptides, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and women’s cosmetic gynecologic procedures. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based medicine, safety, and individualized treatment plans designed to help patients look, feel, and function at their best.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Skilled in leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. She navigates complex tax landscapes and provides innovative solutions to meet clients' diverse needs.
Mrs. Frangie will manage day-to-day operations, develop strategies for enhancing client experience, oversees staff training, ensures operational efficiency and excellence in service.

With over 12 years of hands-on healthcare experience, I bring a calm, compassionate approach to every client I meet. After spending five years as an ER technician, I earned my accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University and went on to serve six years as an Emergency Room nurse, where precision, safety, and patient care became second nature. Today, I combine my passion for helping others with the artistry of aesthetics as an IV infusion nurse at a medspa while also caring for growing families as a Labor & Delivery nurse. Whether you’re looking to feel refreshed, recover faster, or invest in your wellness, my goal is to help you feel your absolute best, inside and out.
